Water receeding and we can now get across the bridge! Still flooded on other end of the road....but at least we don't have to use that dirt road that the county opened for all of us that is iffy at best!!!
Was able to visit with my mom for the first time in a week...she looks great and was so happy to see me! She finally realized who I was and gave me a big hug!

Still high water around our area and some roads closed as well as bridges but it getting much better....what a week!
Haven't talked with the young lady who was asking for help....going to have to get in touch with her....they might have been affected by the flooding also...good chance....many were.
This turned out to be a great Easter Day for us....hope it was for you also.
Again...thank you very much!

Sent message....river is going down some but water is coming closer from other way....don't know what might happen...planning on staying....should be ok......talk with you later if we don't lose power....

Still stranded! Water down some but not enough and other route is blocked....so here we sit.....hope we don't get any rain!!!

Thanks for the invite! Still can't get out....both ends of road we live on still flooded...seems to be going down some so maybe tomorrow on the end that flooded over yesterday.....Take care & I'll talk with you later.....
